More IT Related Jobs - December 18, 2009, 08:08 AM

Yesterday I received an email from a fellow alumnus of my alma mater. In honest, I have never met the guy, so I have limited information. Company is http://incapsulate.com/default.htm . Below are a description of the type of work and the openings he's trying to fill. PM if you are interested or have questions!

Most of our positions are in the DC area, including several urgent openings on a SWAT / project team we run. A candidate's personality is really key for us - this is as important if not more so than their actual skill-set. We need hard working individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment but still handle independence well. Just about everyone 'says' that's what they are or what they are looking for, but we've had a lot of turnover on our team because people just can't handle it.

1) QuickBase Developer - past QuickBase experience is ideal, though a sharp, lower level developer who's looking to make a name for themselves would be a good fit as well

2) Business Process Analysts (3) - not looking for software Business Analysts - more process or lower level management consultants even - anywhere from 3-8 years experience

3) Data Analyst - similar to the BPAs, but needs strong data modeling expertise as well - 7+ years experience

4) Data Coordinators (3) - more just focused on data modeling and data analysis/auditing, etc. - business experience is nice, but not needed - 4+ years min experience

5) IT Trainer - experience with both direct IT Training, as well as curriculum and materials development - 4+ years experience preferred.

Amer actually called me yesterday. Said he's lovin it already, and never going to take a normal civilian job again

But, if anyone wants to cut out on Afghanistan they can do it any time they want. No harm, no foul.
