Man guarding Oklahoma 'Muslim-free' gun range accidentally drops weapon and shoots himself

By JUSTIN JUOZAPAVICIUS Associated Press
August 19, 2015 - 1:52 pm EDT

TULSA, Oklahoma — A man guarding a small-town Oklahoma gun range and survivalist shop that declared itself a "Muslim-free" business dropped his weapon and accidentally shot himself.

Authorities say an unidentified man dropped his gun Tuesday and a bullet struck his arm. He was among armed residents in front of the Save Yourself Survival and Tactical Gear store in Oktaha (ohk-TAH'-hah), about 60 miles southeast of Tulsa.

The store says it reserves "the right to refuse service to anyone." A message left at the business wasn't immediately returned Wednesday. An operator of the store's Facebook page promised to release a statement.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations says several businesses have declared themselves "Muslim-free" and that it has asked the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate some for possible civil rights violations.

Only if it's Christian.

Jews get a side-pass.

Nothing of value would be lost if they did.

Punishing winters. Frequent ice storms.
Followed by mass destruction, havoc wreaking tornados every spring.
Topped off with scotching summers.

Oklahoma is one of the most god forsaken pieces of land and micro climate regions in the CONUS.

Florida Gun Range Will Have Restaurant That Serves Booze

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Daytona Beach city commissioners have given approval to an indoor shooting range that will include a restaurant that sells alcoholic beverages.

Commissioners raised safety concerns over the mix of alcohol and guns on the same property before voting on the measure on Wednesday night.

The Daytona Beach News-Journal (New Daytona gun range will have restaurant with alcohol | News-JournalOnline.com ) reports Commissioner Ruth Trager was the lone holdout as the questioned the developers about how they'll know whether someone is sober or a felon.
Ron Perkinson told commissioner the group plans to turn the vacant building into an upscale restaurant, not a bar. But he says he needs alcohol sales to make the restaurant profitable. He told commissioners he'll keep a watch list of customers who may cause trouble and will call police when necessary.

LMAO!

And this is the kind of happy accident typos one makes when the "R" and "T" keys are next to one another.

Now, can we please dispose of the QWERTY system. There's no longer a need for it.

"Does your gun have a personality?"

"To answer your question in a serious way, yes, two examples of the same model of most guns produced by top manufacturers such as SIG, HK, Glock, and others, made in similar time frames, are very much alike down to trigger characteristics and all feel related areas. In other words, a USP .45C V1 that is a few hundred serial numbers from another USP .45C V1, both of the same date code, will be nearly impossible to differentiate. As guns age, however, they can diverge in feel characteristics. Also, if guns make it over to Europe, they tend to drop in muzzle velocity to around that of a Walmart water pistol."

Urban legend is more urban than we thought (get it?)

The whole typewriter myth is just that. 's a lot more to the QWERTY layout than meets the eye.
