They will pay you what you ask for, if they want you. My guess is they will all start no less than 80k/yr... But dont hold me too it.

The sales one, might be commision too, so not sure. Deltek has always paid more than the going rate... From my experience...

Need some help finding an Associate Operations Specialist

I’m currently searching for a bright recent grad or someone with 1-3 years of experience to work as a business analyst in our technical consulting group . The position is located in our Herndon, VA office. There is no travel and they have a good growth path into services management or project management.
I know someone out there has a cousin, niece, nephew, little brother or sister right out of college or in their first few years of working who would be perfect! Job Description:
Manage the intake process for the Deltek Costpoint Product Extensibility Services, System solution Group (Project Coordination) and help in the definition and development of new white space service opportunities for the System Solution Group by utilizing the following required skills to facilitate client requests through the formal process from Design to Delivery.

Required Project Coordinator/ Business Analyst Skills:
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)
• Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
• Coordinate Schedules with System Solution Group resources and internal and external clients to manage billable engagements for the team through the development of client work orders and the maintenance of consultant schedules.

This is an entry level position for either a recent college graduate or a collegiate graduate with 1-3 years of professional working experience. This position will be based out of Herndon, VA. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Professional Suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project)
