I had the same issue where the fuse in the power brick trips. You need to unplug the brick from the wall AND the unit. Let it sit for like 20 mins then plug everything back up. The power surge protection is very sensitive in the brick

It is not Modded or chipped, as for a power surge I do not know, but it is hooked up to a surge protector. However, i will unplug it and let it sit for awhile and give it a shot. Thanks

Sometimes you have to massage it gently and set the mood to get it turned on. Other times you just whisper things to it like "This is going to happen, don't fight it...but it's better if you do."

That will get it turned on....

What do you value more? Life or Image?

Same thing happened to the Wii I bought my parents for Christmas. Try unplugging it for a minute. That's all it took for theirs.
