So what would be the legal consequences of busting someone out on myspace? I mean like putting personal info of their wrongdoing on the streets for their friends and family to see it?

Any legalees in the house?

as long as the info is correct and you have proof then it is legal. that way you cant get sued for lible.

I understand the desire to humiliate someone who in your view deserves it...however in the end,you end up looking more the fool then they will. Be smart, walk away, be the better person...in the end that'll feel better than being imature, and petty. They'll get their own, and believe me there are other people out there who already know what kind of person this other one is. YOU want to be smarter more than just plain angry!
