No, because the school covered it up.

They did not execute the Death Penalty option (Suspension of Play) but they have effectively killed their program for the next decade once factored for Redshirts and recruitment cycles.

NCAA also retains the right to add further punishment as additional details and facts come out, so there may to be more to come.

Because of the cover up. The president, the AD, and Joe knew there was something going on. NCAA is stating that the school put their football program in front of everything else.

The wins vacated but the President of the NCAA sidestepped whether or not Joe's record will stand.....

Oh I'm sure the civil suits are piling up at the front door of PSU's General Counsel.

PSU will easily have to cut checks totalling over $100 Million when the is all said and done.

I was being sarcastic. The people that got the most punishment are the kids going to school there. People that had nothing to do with this.

The NCAA has no business levying punishments for criminal behavior.

In matters of NCAA ethics violations, they do.

Criminal punishment will be handled by the appropriate courts.

When it affects the sports culture at a college/university as a whole (as is the case here), yes it certainly does.
