Damn, you are fucked. Why is it felony elude? I thought it was only a felony if you crashed and hurt someone or damaged property. Did that happen? How did they catch you? Triangled your cell phone? You may not want to post this info on a public forum, you can PM me or just fill us in after you get out of jail.
Wish i could, but it's best i keep quiet with all the details.
Don't ask me how many years I've been riding.....ASK ME HOW MANY HOURS!!!!!!
You and I have had our differences here but as a fellow father I can sympathize. Hopefully it works out in a manner that has minimal impact on your family.
Thanks!!! The family is my first and only concern at this point.

(probably a stupid question) but how do you know that you have a warrant?
I'm assuming if an officer told you "hey, you have 3 warrants!" then he would also follow up with "hey, I'm taking you to jail now!" and they would no longer be warrants.
Two ways:
Either it was issued as part of an investigation post occurrence or if you don't show up for your original court date. In both cases they send a letter to your last listed address saying, "You missed your court date. You now have an arrest warrant. Turn yourself in to the nearest police station. Have a nice day."
Under NO circumstance should you ever voluntarily turn yourself in until you have consulted with an attorney and he/she has spoken with the sheriff's department and courts, and they schedule a day and place to surrender along with all time spent in custody until your initial bail or hearing counted towards time served.
Also, never turn yourself in on a Thurs-Sunday.
Good luck, Robby. I don't know what happened, but hopefully you can come out of it without being banged up too much by the courts.
“Any man who tries to be good all the time is bound to come to ruin among the great number who are not good. Hence a Prince who wants to keep his authority must learn how not to be good, and use that knowledge, or refrain from using it, as necessity requires”.
Damn. Maybe reporting the bike stolen would be a cheaper alternative and a possible scapegoat out of this mess. Then again I doubt that would even work. I really am curious how they got your information though, since not all cop cars have dash-cams. Good luck man.
Don't listen to this idiotic suggestion
You'd add fraud to a list of already awful charges
And don't admit shit in this thread about what may or may not have happened, or on Facebook.
Big Brother is everywhere dude.
Two most important readings in the Miranda:
You have the right to remain silent ... anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
