Need a really good window tinter - July 2, 2012, 11:49 AM

I want to get some of those high quality ceramic window tints all around my car. I want someone who will warranty their work and do a great job. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks!

PS: If there are any knowledgeable people out there that have any advice, Im all ears.

The search function on here is great, btw.

I know you're in SS, MD, but there's a couple of awesome tinters in VA. I've had personal experience with LA Tint in Sterling, VA. They've done 7 vehicles of mine/my wife's and now closing in on ~15 vehicles of friends.

Another recommendation for LA Tint. Got four vehicles tinted there. A little pricey, but they do great work.

I've gotten both the Pinnacle and Comfort series on my cars.

What kind of vehicle?

And did you ask for the high grade tint (Pinnacle)?

I trust Geoff. I've known him for over 10 years. I've never known him to inflate a price for no reason.

If you're doing all the windows on a 330i with high quality tint, I think that's a fair deal.

Geoff has no problem telling you that if you have any problems with his work to go back and see him, he'll fix anything that is his fault. Or if the tint doesn't cure/dry right, he'll take care of it.

I would be skeptical of anyone that would quote you less that $200-$250 for good, high quality tint on the 330.

Just my .02

thanks a lot for all the help. Im not too familiar with standard tint rates but most of the quotes ive been getting are between $170-$200. I'll give them a call and see what they can do.
