need a room for a friend - May 6, 2008, 05:38 PM

My best friend's cousin is coming to the DC area for his doctor's residency at Georgetown Hospital in June and he's looking for a place to stay for a month only. He is 23 y/o, non-smoker and speaks fluent English. Financial compensation is negotiable. He will not have a car, so he needs to be near a metro. I live in Dale City and my best friend lives in Michigan so we're unable to help out.

Any suggestions or offers would be appreciated greatly!!

pm if you have any questions. time is running.

What's his native language? I ask because I am trying to learn Spanish, and it might be nice to have someone to speak with. Why only a month? Does he plan on looking for a place during that time? Does he already have a place lined up after that?

Sorry, left out some info.

He's from Guadalajara, Mexico, so Spanish is his native language. Apparently he's in his 4th year of medical school and he's only required to be at Georgetown for a month. Which is why it's been difficult to find a sublet/temporary housing for him.
