Need a set of front forks from a newer CBR - June 6, 2013, 02:06 PM

I'm looking to upgrade the front forks from my 82 CX500, I've heard an 08 or newer CBR600 fork setup is a direct swap with the stock triple. Anyone have a line on one that isn't bent, or am I going to have to visit MFI and see if they can order a new one? Is there even a pick yard for motorcycles around here? Thanks.

2005+ are upside down 48mm forks on the cbr 600rr. 2005- 2006 they're gold, 2008+ they're black. Your best bet is to check the other honda 600rr forums and ebay. A complete set (triple, forks, brakes) used I usually see from $3-400. I cant even imagine how much they would cost new.

So they're all the same size, different colors, from 2005 to now? I don't care about the color, just that they fit. I'll try eBay first. Thanks!
