Newtek Lightwave 3D Modeling software-Do u use it? - October 14, 2010, 12:29 PM

Anyone here know (or know anyone) how to use Newtek Lightwave (3D modeling software)? I can only learn so much from reading a book and watching videos, and I can't ask a book specific questions. Plus in-class training here is about $1,500 for 3 days!

I am familiar/have general working knowledge of other software packages (True Space, 3D Studio Max).

I just need an in-person rundown of basic steps of modeling/rendering/surface mapping. HELP!
