I couldnt even bring myself to watch that whole video. I would spit in that assholes face just for being a fucking idiot. Your not american so shut the fuck up and dont tell us what to do. We kicked your limmy ass once before dont make me do it again.

This country was formed on freedom of religion. To go away from that would be a larger travesty than the lose of like on Sept.11th. Also to blame a whole religion for the acts of a few is just plain out wrong and this guy should be ashamed for even posting something so ignorant.

I think he addressed them building the mosque on some other location in the latter half of the video.

I don't think he was suggesting that they censure the religion, but perhaps a better choice of location or showing some discretion on the selection of the location would be well advised.

its funny how people from other countries love this country more then some people that actually were born in this country.

this country is not just land and people, its an idea. A lot of people love the idea.

However, I watched the whole thing, and he goes on to say that the terrorist would not have acted the way they did if the jihad and its teachings of fanitcal musims didnt happen.

However I am not sure to the full aspects and if it was really muslims and all the other shit.

It makes sense though.

Bruno : People killing other people over religion was SOOOO 14th century.

an idea which is presented and interpreted in an infinite number of ways to represent an infinite number of causes...the one nation theme is no longer applicable...

Sad but True.

What's it going to take to bring patriotism back to this country?

Another attack?

Chuck Norris.

But seriously, I think it's sad in a way that only adversity brings out our patriotism.

It irritated me that the american flags came out after 9/11, only to be put away a few months later.

As for the mosque... I no longer give a shit. I say it's like allowing the KKK to open a facility at the location where MLK was shot, but apparently that makes me a bad person.

England has the same problem just with a different race. In 3 days over in London the most people working were from India. And in talking with the brits their problems are the same we have here. Seams to me that countries with open arms end up with a lot of problems on racism compared to countries that do not have an influx of foreigners. Hell even in Taiwan they have this problem so just do go saying it is only the USA with this problem. BTW did not watch vid. Also I did not see this problem in Iceland.

It is going to take a lot. It is hard to be patriotic when you feel that your government is doing you wrong every chance they get. I am not saying this is how everybody feels but I am saying this is how i in part feel. I will also admit that I am not the most educated when it comes to a lo of the politics but the reason for that is cause I do not know who to believe anymore.

The news stations only report what they want you to hear. It seems every other week their is another cover up or something in the government. Republican calling Dems wrong and Dems calling republicans wrong. Government officals voting for what is best for themselves not necessarily what is best for the people that voted them into office.

The ideas that this country were formed on are great and awesome values that have been lost over the years.

This guy is definitely a little off his rocker in the video.

I just was talking about this the other day. The problem is not organized religion, the problem is the fanatics that use the guise of religion to commit terrible acts and spout ridiculous doctrine. Religion isn't the problem, its the idiots who mis-interpret it thats the problem.

India was part of the British Empire - you choose colonial expansion and imperialism and you have to deal with this. Hard to compare that to a nation founded on the principals of certain freedoms - religion, speech, and at the time immigration...

Dutch Empire yielded similar results...Icelandic Empire...notsomuch....
