North Arlington A Disaster Zone! (11/17/10) - November 17, 2010, 09:49 AM

Trees down everywhere.

Im home taking care of my sick daughter, decided to run an errand with her and had to weave around neighborhoods for 20 minutes to get to the Lee/Harrison Harris Teeter. I counted 11 tree trucks, 2 closed roads ( George Mason, N. Harrison St ).

Must have been the soaking rain followed by the wind.

Anytime a good storm blows through DC, Arlington always ends up all screwed up.
Trees down, flooding, etc. etc.

“Any man who tries to be good all the time is bound to come to ruin among the great number who are not good. Hence a Prince who wants to keep his authority must learn how not to be good, and use that knowledge, or refrain from using it, as necessity requires”.

Please, Silver Spring is worse. Once it gets breezy and starts raining you're almost guaranteed a power outage somewhere. Been getting brownouts all morning, fragile ass infrastructure.
