Why have an opinion okay we know he killed a police officer. Doesn't mean a correction officer should allow for him to be killed in his cell. I understand an eye for an eye but at least do it via lethal injection or the chair. I think those are better ways. Snapping his neck and then pretending you had nothing to do with it just makes that person just as bad.

He killed an officer. He should be killed nuff said. Life sentence in jail is the slow way to die. I rather die fast.

but him getting killed doesn't exactly help the public's view of PG police, especially after the last few suspicious deaths of people at the hands of the PG police (ie, the Marlo delivery men, Prince Jones, etc.)

He should have been able to face a trial like everyone else. Regardless of WHO he killed. Officer, Senator, mailman....etc. He should have paid for it, yes, but not like that. This is NOT excusing what he did to the poor officer...
One persons death does not have more importance over another...
Then to act like Oh we just found him there? While I am sure the people that WEREN'T involved really didn't know... but to do that..I'm sorry, you are just as bad as he was.

F that.

Read the whole story. he was convicted.

Summarize key points in the investigation thus far.

Only 7 people had access to the cell
He was in the cell by himself.
THere were no cameras in the cell area
If a person is convicted of a cop he is held in a different county. (he wasn't transferred)
FBI is investigating.

I personally think if the conspiracy goes more than one person, then it will crumble. If it was one person he may OJ it.

Saves the taxpayers money. Now we don't have to pay to jail him for the rest of his life.

He was not convicted yet...just charged. I have no problem with a killer being killed after he/she is convicted (with indisputable evidence like video or DNA). However, this is just sad. This is one of the many things that bring about a stigma for ALL police officers and creates the good old FTP attitude. If they find out who did it, they'll be tossed and jail and probably murdered for being "the cop of strangled that guy in PG." Vicious circle.

not when the county has to shell out a settlement payment to the family. a lot of these types of cases end up with the cops found with no wrongdoing but the family getting millions of dollars.
