I am trying to make one picture that consists of 11 small pictures arranged in a circle with a 12th picture in the middle. All the pics on the outside have to be the same size and preferably equal distance from each other and the pic in the middle should be 2x to 3x the size of the smaller ones. Think of those picture frames where parents put a pic of their kids starting with kindergarten and have their high school graduation pic in the middle. I want this for two reasons. I want to print and frame a 11x14 picture of the final image (so i will have to be able to save it in high quality) and also I am using this as a background on a website (so a smaller size pic, for web browsing)

Any suggestions?
