Pliars Question - May 18, 2009, 10:08 AM

Looking for a pair or pliars that are needle nose but at the end instead of coming straight together, they open up to about the size of a plug wire and can squeeze around the wires and then closes at the very tip. Broke my buddy's this weekend and he has no idea where he got them. Any ideas? Nothing looks right on craftsman's site...
