Property Manager Job? - June 22, 2008, 12:22 PM

My new g/f is looking for a job out here as an Apartment Community Property Manager. She is well experienced as a Property Manager of several apartment communities in a college town in Michigan and now she wants to move out here. She's applied with several from Craigslist but I thought I should check with the board for some help.
Thanks
-Curtis

If she can do condo's, my building will be looking for an assistant manager in the next month or so. If she's interested, have her apply to cardinal management and shoot me a PM so I'll know her name if it comes up.

Yes! I'm pretty sure she did apply at Clark Realty as I found the add on craigslist and forwarded it to her.

Apartment only, or open to association stuff? I know that our management agent (Reston area) was looking a few weeks ago, and can check with the property manager we deal with.

Mr. Krabs: Yeah? I used to have a kidney stone. Everything passes.

So they're looking for a Property Manager at your HOA? I think she may be interested. Do you have a contact # or email address that she could send her cover letter and resume too? Thanks we appreciate it!

Not specifically for our association--they have ~30-50 other properties in the area. I sent a note to our representative, and will PM details if the position is still open.

I work for a property management company and we have approx 300+ properties (HOAs, Condos, etc.) all throughout the NOVA area. I know that they are always looking for property managers so just have her email her resume to jobs@armstrong.net . If you want more info just PM me.
