Question Question: Any good seafood place? - October 6, 2016, 03:09 PM

As the title suggests, do you guys have any suggestion for a good mom n pop (hole in the wall) kind of seafood place within 2-3 hrs(maximum) of DC?

Ideally, anything where motorcycle ride can be utilized.

No preference in terms of being fancy, or with lots of bells and whistles. As long as good food and a motorcycle ride, that's it

Thanks for any of your advice, suggestions and help.

Go to Baltimore. LOTS of good places there. Can't think of the name right now, but it's on a point between Fells Point and downtown.

When it's nice out, go hit Tim's Rivershore in Dumfries. Or Quarterdeck in Roslyn. Or just go to the dc wharf and hit Captain White's w/ their outside barge eating area.

Crisfield in Silver Spring. "Norfolk style" = lots of butter (yum).
Seafood Menu - Silver Spring, Maryland - Crisfield Seafood

I also like Captain Pell's, as has been suggested already.

If you want a down and dirty, locals spot. True "hole in the wall" but great portions and prices, Crab Boss Crab Shack in Brandywine.
