Realtor DC - May 22, 2013, 06:12 AM

Young woman that works for me is looking at moving into DC.

She asked me about places to live and said she is looking for a good Realtor for a decent apartment in a safe neighborhood that is dog friendly.

Using a Realtor to find an apartment is a new one to me but who am I to criticize.....been a while since I lived in DC and had to look for an apartment.

Know any of the above?

Leslie

Also "safe neighborhood" in DC will only mean upper northwest and I'm sure that's not really the part she wants to live in. There's no such thing as a safe neighborhood. If you believe that, you will probably get jumped. ALWAYS have your guard up.

That could NEVER happen in my neighborhood.

No knocking them but I used Century 21 Redwood. Agents name is Aras Butas.

Aras Butas, CENTURY 21 Real Estate Agent in Arlington, VA

Dude works hard for you and is fair. By far the best and easiest agent I have ever used.

Ask for Jason Kangal. He might even have availability in one of his houses. Basement level, private entrance, etc.
