Move to Frederick County. The extra commute is worth it, trust me.

Slow: Get a new wife in Frederick County.

Avoid Lincoln Park and First Street. Be vigilant looking in Aspen Hill or Twinbrook.

New places in Town Center very nice if you got the $$$$$.

I looked at Town Center last years and laughed my ass off at the prices they were charging.

Damn near Downtown DC prices for Rockville? Srsly? Lol!

MoCo and it's capitol are seriously overrated and overpriced. I'm escaping this money trap in May

OP, lemme know whatcha find. Most of Rockville is "good".

Coworker is also rel estate agent specializing in Gburg and Rockville, I'll ask him about rentals, good dude.

Do you got kids? Dog? Are you a yuppie or more joe six pack?

I was toying with the idea of getting more space in a better county. Gburg was too far off in for my tastes.

I've put those plans on hiatus though.

I have two kids that go to day care and the spend a lot of time with the in-laws in Rockville. For sure more of the yuppie breed than anything else. Let me know if your coworker has any advice.
