Resellers Certificate question - June 20, 2011, 03:05 PM

Form looks confusing to me, I have no idea what I need to fill out on it or what I don't need to fill out.

Can someone PM me and help me out.

I'm trying to resale stuff, so I need a resellers license.

It's looks a though you have to have a dealers license first (the second section). The first part is the authorization of/from the person who you are reselling the item for/from.

[Note: I have no experience in this, but this is how I interpret the form to read]

I don't believe this is the paperwork you need to become a reseller/dealer.

I have my LLC info, so would I have to fill out one of these forms every single time I link up with a vendor?

For each vendor, it seems yes. Each vendor would be considered a different supplier.
