What a confusingly worded question. Gotta love the government.

I would think that not less = more, so read it as

"Were you incarcerated as a result of that sentence for more than 1 year?"

not less than = more than

1 day = No

Sometimes has verbiage about not including traffic infractions as well.

Slap the person who scripted that question. This reads like some genius 'trick you' shit they put on comprehension portion of the GMAT or LSAT.

Not less than = greater than.

The answer is, "No."

FYI...one guy I knew got denied because he got arrested and spent the night in jail over a suspended license he was not aware of. The license suspension was later corrected in the system but still shows an arrest.
He paid a ticket but it never made it into the system so license status was suspended. The gov did not care that he had proof of paid ticket.

So you were found guilty of a felony??? and actually went to jail.

A sincere Good Luck to you.

The ability of some people in government to completely and utterly not give a shit about getting things right astounds me.
