Lightbulb Snow debate? - December 1, 2006, 09:56 AM

So, I have seen and heard all kinds of weather reports. This gave me a idea to start at work. Snow pool.
Havent decided on the amount, but I think a snow pool, would be interesting. Everyone pay a $5 a guess. Write your name, and date you think it will snow. The 1st day the Metro area gets hit with 3" or more accumulating inches that person wins. Starting Nov. 1st last year, someone from support won it with $760. But I think it was $20 a guess, I was working protection detail in Japan then.
The person that won, took 1/2 of it and donated to Toys for Tots.

Just an idea you may or could start around the H2O coola. Keeps things interesting around the office, and often you feel good if you can give something back. No matter how small..

So I figured, lets start a pool, in here....Everyone trying choosing a day. Gonna be rather hard since everyone is on the shout box, while working.
When you post your day, make sure no one else has taken it before you post. I think everyone that posts a day, should give the winner/winners respect points, without it being Green Friday.

What you guys/girls thought?

It will,...... the one damn day that I wanted to have the "TOY" party it snowed!!! So, I picked that same damn day... It snowed like 2 friggin feet!!! Then didn't snow the rest of the farking year... not really anyway

I couldn't make it b/c of snow? I doubt it, I prob. couldn't make it b/c it was my birthday and I just got my dog that day. I remember a snowy/rainy day when I walked into that Petco to adopt her. No 2 feet, maybe 2 inches
