Snowboarding this weekend? - February 3, 2010, 01:17 PM

So who all is down for snowboarding this weekend?

We should be getting a good amount of snow...nothing like riding in fresh powder.

I would if I didn't require intervals of chicken noodle soup and Jack Daniels to cure this cold...

What do you value more? Life or Image?

That's an easy fix. Bring two flasks with you on the slopes!

I'm down for anywhere. Wouldn't mind going to Whitetail or Roundtop. If we can find a place to crash @ Snowshoe I'm down for that as well.

Go to Whitetail over Liberty. Better yet, go to Snowshow/7 springs. Worth the trip. Whitetail on Sunday had 30 minute lift waits and kids galore. Even worse at liberty.

I will be getting a hotel somewhere. I don't know where or with who. I'm leaning towards paul's idea cause he has a cute smile, but I get 40% off hotel stay at liberty/roundtop/whitetail, and cheap azz lift tickets there too. decisions decisions

I'm gonna be eyeing the forecast for the next 12+ hours to see who's gonna get slammed and who's gonna get missed. Right now I'm thinking whisp is sitting in a good spot. Liberty might also be far enough south to soak up a good amount. I wonder if we can make a reservation now at two places, and simply cancel one of them penalty free. I'll be calling you and others tonight with some ideas
