Everybody knew this was gonna happen. He'll probably go to Miami or Arizona. It's the economical/smart choice for Indy.

I'd love to see him go to a Division rival like Tennessee and in return, hand them their ass for the next 3 years.

Well he already has a house in Miami plus he has publicly said that he would rather not play his brother twice a year. There are a lot more weapons in Miami then the fail boat known as the redskins. Wherever he goes I hope he goes off on the Colts when he plays them.

NO! I'm tired of big name superstars coming here to die at the end of their careers.

ALL MY HEROES ARE RUSSIAN...GO CAPS!

Well you see, Norm, it’s like this…A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers.-Cliff Claven

You'd prefer to burn all our draft picks to get the Rams 2nd overall selection for RG3? That is exactly what is going to happen if they don't sign manning...damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I'm not sold on Griffin at all, but one of tho two routes is going to happen...and neither sounds great to me.

Confusing the issue, since before you were ugly.

Flynn to the Skins, Manning to the Cards, RG3 to the Browns.

This. Redskins are damned if they do (trade away to get RG3), damned if they don't (pick up Manning), damn if they do nothing (Rex Blows-Men)

This news saddens me deeply. I'm taking a personal day off work tomorrow.

I'm from Indiana... been a Colts fan as long as I can remember, even during their shitty mid 90's. I don't wish ill on the rest of the Colts team, but I'll be damned if Jim Irsay hasn't fucked up their next few years. Andrew Luck may end up being "all that"... but they did wrong by Peyton... and their fans.

Don't agree with this. $28 million, four years, & whatever they give Luck is a hefty price tag for TWO maybes. Either one is a crap shoot, but Manning sure wasn't taking a pay cut even though he's damaged goods. It was a game between both sides. The Colts made a business choice, not a loyalty choice. Loyalty is only good until it affects self-worth (both personally and business wise).

I can see what happened with the 49ers (Montana --> Young), happening in Indy; IF Luck pans out.

Then when Manning's time has come, the back up steps in and kills it. Like Favre and Rodgers or Bledsoe and Brady. Wishful thinking? Yeah....

*Edit* For a "fail boat" team we sure did spank the Giants twice this year. Worst wrecord ever to win a Superbowl. Giants are as lucky as they come, but elite? LOL, serve the cool aid don't sip it.
Lol, you keep hanging on to those 2 wins and we will keep going to and winning superbowls. The redskins are full of fail since Snyder took over, if you can't see that you are a fool. Sure bring in manning and watch him get killed playing Dallas's d pass rush twice a year, the eagles big ass d line, and the giants pash rush. He wont last a season. One draft class will not fix all the problems you guys have on the offense. Manning is great but he's not Jesus, he can't turn water into wine or in this case shit into gold. RG3 is a much better option since he is at least a very mobile qb which is what the skins need until they can sure up the o line and get some offensive weapons besides tight ends that get would rather get high then play football.

Not sure I agree with damaged goods. Cleared by the Doc who performed the surgery and the team Doc... but I AM afraid that your prophecy will come true if he ends up with a shitty O-line on wherever he ends up.

I think Irsay made a showboat choice... he's been very "look at me" lately always. Granted, a 2-14 team warrants looking into very seriously, but it's #18 that the fans come to see. I wonder what financial impact Manning alone has had on ticket and merchandise sales in the past 13 years.

Lol about the handling the giants, philly, and Dallas's pass rush. You beat us twice Congrats, what happened the previous 5 years? Lol I love how skins fans hold on to single victories while other fans of other teams hold onto complete seasons. The change in culture also has to do with the fans as well. At some point you all will demand more than just saying "well we beat the superbowl CHAMPS on the regular season so that means we are as good as them" lol nope. You stay aboard that fail boat and I will stay watching my team and others make smart long term decisions that bring championships. Petting manning is Not the answer. Building through the draft is. Look at all the great franchises recently, Pittsburgh, New England, NYG, Green Bay etc, all teams that build through the draft, not through free agency.

Oh and while you are talking shit on vick as well didn't he torch you guys recently and set some records in the process? Lol
