Sponsorship for BSidesDC - August 15, 2014, 04:22 PM

I understand there are a ton of Cyber guys on this site and this might interest you or your company!

BsidesDC is a Cyber Security BSidesDC2014 that will take place in downtown DC on October 18-19. BSides is a community-driven framework for building events for and by information security community members. Last year was a sold out event with over 500 attendees in downtown DC and we will likely see more attendance in 2014. BSides events create opportunities for individuals to both present and participate in an intimate atmosphere that encourages collaboration, discussions, demos, and interaction from participants. It is also where conversations for the next-big-thing are happening.

We had over 500 attendees in our inaugural event last year and will surpass that number in downtown DC come October 18.

Our round 1 of general tickets opened this morning and all 500 slots were picked up in under 12 hours! Next round of tickets goes on sale in September!

Each sponsorship not only bring brand exposure, free entrance to the conference, resumes from top talents, and also the opportunity to network with others in the Cyber Security industry.

What is you next event? Please update me if you have upcoming events. However, could a recent show of "Breaking Bad" have influenced a recent bold robbery in Indiana, in which a man made off with 2,100 gallons of fuel? Or were the parallels just a coincidence?

Is this a 2600 type gathering but more geared towards corporate people?
