Is Michael Schumacher the stig? Then 1.17 lap record on the power lap board is shattered! All this in the same episode!

MS was only The Stig once as a "gag"

Glad to see MS back in F1 this year. But racing for Mercedes! Holy shit! That's like a long time Yankee retiring, then coming back to play for Boston!

I wonder how that's going to effect his long time relationship with Ferrari and the co-development/tuning of their road cars?

Good point, but the last 20 years or so, MS is about as German as whatever portion comes closest to Monaco's border.
