Summit Point Karts - August 30, 2010, 08:19 AM

Has anyone ridden these karts? I watched them for a few laps and they looked pretty fun. There seemd to be 2 different types of karts? I'm guessing one is faster than another. Seemed reasonable at $20, how long is the season?

We had a great time and are hella fun! If you're at the track, try it- I believe they stay open until midnight! We did the practice/qualifying/race (i won! ) and the sessions were 12 min each.

I would really like to pick up a CRF150 though...maybe if I get a bonus this year.

I've been on these carts before...they are hella fun and haul ass. They are definitely faster than all sport but don't corner as well (probably 'cause of different surfaces).

There is a section of the track that used to be the skid pad though so if it rains even a tiny bit it gets really dicey. This of course only adds to the fun.

I'm pretty sure they run it all the time. Stupid website is down or effed up- has been for a while. They run their own track.
