Some of us, me included, like a physical keyboard, because they're easier to type on.

The beauty of having multiple manufacturers on a carrier is options.

Also, how is this AT%Ts popcockery... Samsung designed the phone

All I care about is Sprint NOT doing this.

Look how big the phone is...I would rather it have a smaller screen and a keyboard but now you just doubling up. Big screen and big keyboard. Too much extra weight in the pocket and I am a guy who likes a heavier phone so I know its on my side...

Little too much for me on this one. I like the sleekness of how the original was made.

Yes, because of their superior customer service and device options.

Hey I been with Sprint 12 yrs.. no issues. I originally left AT&T back in the day for the same issues that are still present today. Customer service is terrible and coverage is terrible. The only was I will ever change from Sprint is if Verizon just really comes out with a good plan.

With Sprint all you have to do is be able to talk. When I first got with them, I was literally switching phones for the fun of it because it was so easy. Then with Sprint to get their best plans, all you have to do is keep trying.

For instance, I have Sprints SERO Premium plan and anyone can get it. Just stay persistent. I had the original SERO plan 2 yrs ago then lost it because I switched to Android...found out they had SERO Premium. Called and asked for retention department...3 min later, I got it back.

$40 a month for me, $50 when I get my 4g phone. And Im a premier customer so I get $150 rebate every year on a new phone. So I cant complain. When someone else comes with something better then I may consider it.

I deal with ATT, Verizon, Sprint, and TMobile business support regularly. When it comes to getting support, ATT reigns supreme followed by Tmobile. Sprint support is a bunch of idiot script readers, being lead by a howler monkey, treating devices as if they are space equipment. The only and I mean ONLY department in the entire organization who can accomplish anything is Account Services. I usually tell the tech I'm calling to cancel just so I get transferred directly to them.

In summary, given the choice between taking a Sprint phone and having Amy Winehouse's zombie vagina rotting in my a/c ducts during the summer, I'll take the fish.
