It's always good to shut out those with differing opinions even when your post incited my response.
And wasn't attacking or using foul langauge. I was addressing how I felt about the matter. Trying to be tactful in my replies and making points I felt were valid is more than enough reason to close a thread, it appears.

Good job.

The most important part of a moderators job is knowing when "not" to moderate.

Kneedrggr,

PMs are worthless. They are good for giving someone your phone number or direction to your house. I could classify a majority of these threads that should be PMs.
You won't have much of a forum if everyone is talking to eachother one on one.

I agree with Twiggy.
Less moderation.....oh my god my dog just farted on me....literally on me.

oh sweet jesus.....

ok, i am back.

where was i?
unless there are death threats or something i think more freedom the better.
if I wanted less rights I would move to the Peoples Republic of Maryland.

Plus I wanted to hear what this major sin a year ago was for Katie.

WHOA! At least I'm not the only one that happens to! Dude, have you been doing the peanut butter thing too? I'm thinking that is what's giving my dog the farts. Hmm...maybe I should check with the vet? :dunno:

Was it like a person type fart, or an airbiscuit? Buddy started with airbiscuits and has since progressed to full on "man" farts. It's almost impressive, until he does it right next to my head! :mad2:

I can't stop laughing out loud. That is funny as hell Lee.

Na, no peanut butter. My 6 month old just launches biscuits. CONTANTLY. I am about to give him some Drano to clear out whatever he has stuck in there. It just is not natural, he just went to adult food and it is getting worse.

My 18 month old female eats the same food, and launches a couple at night now and again. I can handle it.
But this male's ass is on the border line of classifying as a weapon of mass destruction.

My vision is still blurred.

The Joplin Rd thread has people threatening to beat each other up, shoot, and/or run someone off the road, and its still open. I didnt find anything wrong wtih your thread that you started, dude. Two people seemed to be having a disagreement, and neither of the two were getting out of hand.

oh, thanks.

Now I understand Todd's post much better. I see no reason why that had to be closed.
