Thieving whores in South Riding - April 6, 2009, 05:25 PM

Someone walked into my garage and stole my Arai RX-7 Corsair (bought for $600 on SALE). The garage door couldn't have been open for more than 10 minutes, which I guess was more than enough time for this ASSPHUCK to take something people like me have to WORK for. I hope this person lowsides into on-coming traffic and breaks every bone in their worthless body. Ever been to South Riding? Looks like a nice quiet golf community with minivans and baby strollers right? Wrong. It's apparently the Loudoun County equivalent of Compton now. There's a big garage sale every weekend, ghetto shoppers welcome! btw, Anyone know where to get a good deal on a Corsair V? Gotta love Arai. I know there's a thief out there who agrees.

Same thing happened to me in my car few yrs back. You definitely have to watch out for deer in this hood. As a matter of fact, maybe it was a deer that made off with my helmet. It'll probably come in handy when head butting cars. I'm ready to pack up and move... Animal attacks and theives, whats next?

A friend of mine had his helmet stolen from 7-11 when he went in to get a bottle of water.

If i ever catch somone trying to steal my helmet, ima beat them with it.

That blows! What is the helmets design? Post a pic and I'll keep an eye out for it.

Probably kids/teens passing by. Sit somewhere out of sight around the same time with the garage open and see what kids walk by and eyeball your stuff.

Sorry to hear that. Was that your only helmet? If so, and you need one to cover your dome until you pick up a new one I have one Shoei Duhammel and one Suomy throw back design (both Med) you can use.

**EDIT**
Important note: They both smell new. No head funk.

That's really cool of you man, definitely appreciate the offer. And yes, it was my only helmet. I drove to Coleman's on Saturday shortly after I was robbed, and picked up a new Shoei RF-1000. It's almost as comfortable, I'm going to keep it as a spare and get a new Corsair. Dutch sent me a link to a site with awesome deals. Thx again-

Sucks bro, sorry. I have an Arai, so i gotta sympathize. Gotta stick w/ Arai- they're sooo nice.

What paint scheme did you have? The RX-7's are pretty ridic, and you don't see them nearly as often as the cheaper brands.

Did you by chance register your helmet or write down the Snell #? If some noob was trying to sell that, they probably wouldn't know about that and leave the sticker on there.
