Pour a glass of Hoegaarden and top it off with a little Lindemans Framboise (Raspberry Lambic). Say hello to the 'Dirty Hoe'.

Scuttlebutt Tripel 7 Belgian Ale. 9%

And I have Otter Creek 20th anniversary ale. A 12% ABV tribute to copper ale chilling in the fridge.

I've been trying some stouts lately, particularly Imperials. Brewdog Isle of Arran Cask is the ultimate so far. Aged in barrels, it has a notable Scotch aftertaste. Unfortunately at $12 for a 12oz bottle it costs more than cheap Scotch.

Love this stuff

But local beer store said they stop making it?! I'm a die hard Bud Light fan and this was what I liked when I "stepped it up" with the beer game.

hooray beer!

+1 on galaxy hut in arlington for good beers... in nw dc i am also a big fan of comet ping pong... good brews, tasty albiet 'spensive pizzas and ping pong tables! Rodman's grocery is an old school institution in NW, highly recommended for beer shopping. Also, Black Squirrel in Adams Morgan always has rare/quality beers on tap.

For past two weeks I've enjoyed some:

Belgian
Delerium Tremens
Lucifer by Het Anker
Unibroue's La Fin De Monde

Domestic
Coors Light
Bells Winter White All
2.99 bombers of Fat Tire
Great Lakes Commadore Perry IPA
