Here!!! IN your PM you sent no contact info.....

Keep in mind, we are the Middlemen with AHS. We are bound by their rules.

If it we up to me things would be different. A lot different. Just ask anyone here about the service we are allowed to provide to our Full Service Agreement and Warranty customers.

If you are not happy, ask your Home Warranty to transfer vendors.

What is the age of your HVAC equipment? Is it falling apart?

BTW You pay American Home Shield a deductable, not us.

Mike and UAT hooked Sara and I up good on a new system in our 3 level townhouse last summer. Before the new system, during the summer, we'd always have to keep the thermostat on the 2nd level set to about 7-8 degrees cooler than what we wanted the 3rd floor, in order to keep it cool. Our basement at that time was probably down in the 50's...seriously, you could cure meat in it. In the winter, we ran into the opposite problem, if we had the thermostat set too warm, we'd bake upstairs just to keep the lower levels warm enough.

Now, we have split environments between the 1st/2nd floor and the 3rd floor with a thermostat on the 2nd and one on the 3rd. It's made our house so much more comfortable, and now we're able to use the cool air from the basement during the summer to ease the use on the a/c a bit.

Big ups to Mike and his crew at UAT!

Ohhhhhh,

Ask Spud, (Alex) how poorly he was handled by, and how I handled his Home Warranty company. He was not a happy camper as well. The key word is WAS.

I will be more than happy to do the same.

800-890-4328 and ask to speak to your cities area manager.

I totally agree...AHS SUCKS! I'm not renewing my contract with them this year.

Thanks Mike aka #452-LE for taking the time to listen to me gripe about everything. I know now what you and United Temp are having to deal with and that is all the BS that AHS makes you go through.

I'm definetely going to tear AHS a new one

WOW!!!!

I take back everything I ever said about United Air Temp.

Mike and United Air Temp have THE BEST customer service I have come across.

I'm going to do away with AHS after my contract is up this year.

Thanks Mike for looking into this for me and straightening everying out.
