USAA NOW SERVING ALL WHO HAVE SERVED - November 6, 2009, 11:45 AM

Just figured id share this with everyone. I currently have USAA from the Ex. But there might be some Veterans or family members of Veterans who couldnt join USAA because of having been out for so long. Here is a note::

I am very pleased to let you know that eligibility for membership is now open to all Veterans who served regardless of time or when they were in.
If you know veterans who served honorably but haven't become USAA members, please share this with them so that they may know the value of USAA and, by joining, their spouses and children can enjoy the benefits of membership as well.
open to anyone who has ever served honorably in the U.S. Armed Forces.

They have definately taken care of me in regards to car insurance and banking.

Ain't the cheapest but it is the best in my book. I have had claims with them and they handle them great!

USAA for the win....happy customer since 1993. I especially like those checks they send me once in a while. Free money is always a nice surprise. I've compared USAA to others. In the end you can get more coverage for the same price.

USAA opened to people that have honorable served. Meaning, if you received an honorable discharge from the service you are now eligible for enrollment. Not just retires and current active members. I have had USAA for about 6 years now and ever so often I shop them around and nothing is even close. I now have my mortgage, one car loan, and unsecured loan through them also.
