VA Inspection - September 22, 2009, 04:07 PM

Hey,

My friend needs his mustang to pass inspection. He was wondering if you guys know any shops or gas stations that will pass it for him. The reason it won't pass is because his two rear tires don't have that much tread. He is willing to pay a little extra.

thats what I told him, but he said each tire cost $400. He said hes gonna buy tires when he gets the money which might take a while because he only makes 8 dollars an hour

Are the 400 dollar tires the ones he want or the ones he needs? Because I do seem to find it rare these days for 400 dollar tires.

What is the tire size, sorry but calling BS. I used to work at a tire shop and corvettes with FAT tires are only 250ish a piece.

tell ur friend to go to the gas station next to Coleman Powersports in Falls Church. I think it's called Alban or something. If you pull outta Colemans, make a right, go through the light and it's immediately to your right on the corner. It's a lil run down joint, but they pass anything and everything as long as it works and if they ask...jus say it came like that and ur gonna fix it. that's where Coleman's sends ppl who fail they bike inspection

if he passes, i'll take $3.82 in large non-sequential bills.
