Angry Video Clips Question - December 7, 2007, 11:19 PM

As of lately it seems that anytime I try to view a video clip on my desktop. It only plays for approximately 3 sec. and then stops. I am running Windows XP and everything is up to date. Is there some kind of setting that I'm missing?

How old is the computer? It could be a virus. You may need to install the video player again.

It might be that your system can not handle playing the whole movie at once and is trying to buffer as much as possible before playing. A memory thing. Just saying is all. I dont really know.

What are you trying to watch....we can see if it does it for any of us as well.

Just trying the simple little videos off Myspace, youtube and ect. It's an older desktop that my brother completly updated with memory and Windows XP. In fact I still have over 75% of memory available.
