OJ, I hear you. The frustrating thing about the Clintons is the type of corruption and the frequency of it....I'm not even talking about Monica L....I mean Lolita Express....how many people have been killed by them....its all out there ...... server stuff.......DNC scandals......the whole thing stinks. And people keep choosing this cunt.

We should be voting on issues not candidates.

Not buying it. Not in the least.

This thread was started on November 2, 2016; when it was well established there were only two candidates who had a viable path to Presidency; Trump and Clinton.

If you really believed in a "Clinton Free America" this post would have been started months, if not years, earlier.

But November 2nd? Upon this date, a statement of a 'Clinton Free America' is tantamount to a tacit endorsement of Trump as the better President and Commander in Chief -or- at best, an abstention, which is an abdication of responsibility and a total loss of logic given all that is at stake.

Let me be more honest then I probably need to be on a forum... but in 2016 I voted with a write in... for the first time ever. I am a conservative pretty much arcross the board and this is the first year I really felt we had no conservative voice in this election.

From day one I could see Trump was just as much as a fraud and a power hungry corruptionist as Clinton. I still remember when he was a democrat and then a 3rd party jumping through BS lines just trying to get votes...

When he started quoting Regan standings I knew he had gone full BS just trying to claim right votes.

The thing is, in the back of my mind I still wanted to have him win over Clinton... and here is my honest reason why.

Clinton’s family is so heavily corrupt (and sadly good at it) that they could legitimately get away with things that would detrimentally impact our future and world relations... Trump on the other hand looked so poorly executed in his blatant attempts for power and business gains that I just knew he would get caught in whatever he did.. meaning it would default to Pence and this ballless man wouldn’t change a damn thing and we would try again in 2020/2024 when trump and the clintons were either dead or bed ridden.

The issue is I was hopping we were going to see a new rise of conservative notions (less government more family values and a fiscal planning) what I didn’t assume was we were gonna have a legitimate bid of socialist start to take stand... at this point I’m just waiting it out for this system to crash and start over... hopefully still speaking English by the time it’s done

Heist, the word salads you're serving up in this thread ensures that I'll vote Trump in 2020.

Word salad is one of the best indicators of cognitive dissonance. You want to be against Trump so badly, but you know there are no convincing reasons to be against Trump. As a result, you post what can be best described as outcomes of explosions in sentence factories. An abstention, an abdication, a tacit tantamount endorsement of responsi... GTF outta here with that bullshit. Your best reason is that Trump appointed some people you think are unqualified? Laundry list: another symptom of cognitive dissonance.

Give us the most adverse thing that has happened to you personally as a result of a Trump presidency since 2016. The most adverse and important thing. If it isn't very persuasive, then, well, you may want to think about that.

But you know what? We're Clinton-free. And that matters.

Color me unsurprised.

Talk about word salads. Can we keep it a baccalaureate level, please.

Actually, I did not.

Actually, I had hoped that there was a redeeming thread in the man and somehow he would demonstrate poise, posture and leadership commensurate with a President.

Instead I got a guy who winks & blows kisses at the KKK and White Nationalists, calling them 'some very fine people.' Let's children die in detention camps and breaks them up from their parents saying "it's for their own good." I could go on but I don't want to be accused of...

Yeah, this.

I think? The few qualified and exceptionally qualified nominated, RESIGN.
That's one hell of a bellweather when the ones who want to stay are the worst among your cohorts.

Very persuasive is of course subjective.
Your position is "No Clinton, at any cost. That's all that matters."

So, I could say 5 things and you may or may not find some, all, or none persuasive but in the end, would it matter if your firm position is "Clinton-free [at any cost]."

At what actual cost? A few appointments of people you believe lack the proper qualifications?

I'd love to know how you personally are worse-off today under a Trump Administration. Or, if you don't have one, then why don't you give us your number 1 best reason why WE are worse-off with Trump and Clinton-free. If it's a great reason, I'll consider it in my decision-making. If it's one of the shop-worn CNN or MSNBC vagaries on collusion, horse-face, or obstruction, then I think we can just go on being happy to be Clinton-free without regret.
