It's a joke guys. They're a little more lively over there. Dot net is kinda like a quiet little suburb, whereas dot com is like downtown.

We here at dot net support the speed limits and enforcement thereof. Ask carnage.

Seriously though. Peeps here are pretty apathetic (or I suppose you could call it laid back/easy going) about most things except for posts about breaking speed limits. Dot com has more people who aren't afraid to lock horns on something political, societal, or moral.

With sponsors who pay for their advertising space here. That money pays to keep this site alive. I highly doubt those sponsors want to be openly associated with asshats who openly brag and flaunt exploits that many of the members do quietly.

All it takes is one member burying himself into a minivan after creating a massive posting trail about a bunch of illegal stuff. Then there's the media angle. Asshat bins it into the van, savvy reporter looking for a break finds the site then starts showing up at sponsor shops hassling them. Lynchmob forms after seeing story and starts putting pressure on authorities to run said sponsors out of town because they support the illegal and dangerous activities of super-evil sportbikers.

The circle of life is complete.

recently joined .com, people seem pretty nice there (as well, heh). the only thing is that there is so much more activity on here, sometimes i feel like people barely post on .com

Except for Stillie and Ben (and Yao and Venom when they were here more), dot com is more entertaining. More characters. That thread by RF to you, Kevmo, the stfu kevmo thread, was absolutely hilarious. Not because he was saying stfu to you, but because the images were hilarious.
