That dog was just having some fun. Tail was up and wagging... just a playful puppy.

"Sort of want."

What the hell. Are you kidding me?

That puppy wasn't attacking anything. Bunch of idiots that are afraid of dogs. Ridiculous.

Oh and AWESOME that Vick broke his hand. With any luck he'll develop a blood clot that will go to his brain causing a massive stroke.

A wagging tail is excitement which can also be a sign of aggression/agitation. Don't go by the tail alone. That being said, he looked like he was playing, but the dog is not properly socialized and that was inappropriate rough play.

without sound it's going to be impossible to tell if it's attacking or not, but it sure does look like it's attacking.

I agree. I have seen plenty of dog fights break out when both tails are wagging. I don't even think the tail was wagging it was straight up which is aggression. If you look close the hair on its back is standing up which makes me think it was not playing at all. Whenever my dogs hair on her back stands up I know that the possibility of a fight is very high. It was actually biting people so I don't think it was playing at all and it chased a guy into the barbershop. If a dog came at me like that I wouldn't take it as playing.

You guys are on crack if you think that was an attacking dog. And you can't for sure say that was an APBT. It could be any sort of bully breed type or any number of other dogs.

Here are some videos of dogs in an "attack" roll.

Look a little different than some puppy running around after some dudes who are jumping all over things and rolling on the ground now doesn't it?
Do that around any puppy and see what happens; he'll be jumping all over you in no time.

hmmm hard to say...

but it did looks like a puppy playing...untrained to not bite, chase and what not.
Like most said he look super excited and acting out like a dog with no guidence would.

I dont know about dogs, but in the cat world (from tabbys to lions) when they play its simulated hunt/pry skills. When you watch most animals play when they are young its skill they use as they are older.

This dog didnt look like he was looking for someone to rub his head or play fetch with him. He was running, chasing, biting, and jumping.

Sort of both attacking and playing... or attacking, but not with the intent to kill.
