who else has rage issues? - July 9, 2012, 08:10 PM

i have a problem, i guess thats the first step...

but in all seriousness, if you know what rage is, not just anger, i mean blinding rage then you understand. i've had a few incidents recently and am not proud, i knew in HS i had rage issues but lately shits been getting outa hand.

anything besides therapy?
i remember football season i was always calmest, so thinking of doing boxing or something to get aggressions out, less chance of a build up and explosion...

Try being black and applying for a home loan or catching a cab after 8pm.

I've only been riding a few years but it helps a lot. The rest of the time I watch for the warning signs and try to get myself out of those situations as fast as I can.

Take on a sport. You already mentioned boxing. Soccer, football, tennis whatever the fuck, just do something physical. Human beings weren't meant to sit in front of a computer screen all day; primal instinct is expecting us to chase down and kill something or fight some mother fucker for the prize (whatever that might be, food, pussy whatever)

Defiantly take up something like working out. Get the rage out at the gym. That way you are too exhausted later to rage.
