Post Who has the 411 on Easton Ct Manassas, Westowne Village - May 10, 2013, 07:47 PM

Real Estate opprotunity came up and wanted to see if anyone knew what the neighborhood is like around there. I'm going to go check it out tomorrow but any input would be appreciated.

That's immediately adjacent to Gerogetown South.

That's all I have to say.

Yeah, I noticed.

I figured north of the shopping center would be a little better. Plus Douglas st would be a buffer.

In the 8 years I've been here I've never once been down prince William street.

Pfft, the three guys on MANASSASBIKEZ that threatened to kill me for telling them they bought bikes that were too big for their britches all lived in GTS.

That's good enough for me to label that place a cesspool.

Hopefully Douglas would be a sufficient buffer. Just make sure you never go to that shopping center for anything.

I don't think I've ever driven past Georgetown south without seeing a car that has rims worth more than the car they're attached to.
