So my girlfriend hates/refuses to cook. She cleans, does laundry and ect. while my responsibility is the cooking. Anyways who else shares in this same predictament? For the record I enjoy it!

I love to cook. But neither one of us is home to enjoy it. I work nights and she is in school 24/7.

Same in my house.

My wife is a clean freak. No matter how good I clean ... it's not good enough.

You have to be able to see the lines from the vacuum cleaner in the rug ... or it's dirty.

... and I do 80% of the cooking. I used to do it all, but she took a cooking class ... and is pretty good now (when she is motivated for it).

McDonald's is the cook in my house unless I can beg & plead for Johnny to do the bbq chicken on the grill
My daughter also cooks, when she's home. In those cases, we cook together and clean up together. I do the laundry. We clean our own bathrooms.

Me and the Hubby share duties--He's got yard duty (which I hate) and anything that involves using power tools-- and I take care of the inside of the house. He will do the laundry on occasion if he runs out of underwear or socks.

As for cooking,,,,,,yeah...not alot of that going on in this house. There are way too many drive-thru, curbside pickups and grab and go's. Hubby is awesome at grilling but we are always on the run...we need to slow down. I would love to take a cooking class--sounds like fun!

I use to do all the cooking, 90% of the cleaning and 90% of the laundry. I dont cook anymore. but I never cooked much when I was living by myself. I love to BBQ up some steaks and pork chops.

My g/f does about 50% and I'd say I do about 50%, she cleans more then I do only bc if I try to help I get told I'm portraying that she isn't doing it fast or good enough. *shrug*

I used to do it ALL though so it really doesn't bother me.

Boy! How do I sign up for this deal?

Welp, anybody that has ever been to my house has seen my wife's 2,000+ cookbook collection that takes up 6 bookcases, so I guess we know who the cook is in my house Now .....she leaves that to the master
