Just thought I'd put this out there for those that travel this road as I do. It appears the locals in Arlington have taken note of the potential revenue generated from issuing speeding tickets on Wilson Blvd and they're stepping up their radar traps in the coming days (to include today).

I did not realize this, but the speed limit is only 25 from the Ballston Mall to Clarendon... so beware. They were on foot this afternoon and had a bunch of people pulled over... to include my girlfriend. I guess the officer said they'll be patroling it heavily in the coming days/weeks. So if you travel it... beware b/c they will be out there.

A county sticker is issued after you pay the personal property taxes on your vehicle. All vehicles located in commonwealth are subject to personal property tax every year due by October 5th I believe. You have 60 days after moving into a county and registering your vehicle to pay it. Its not something the DMV is that good about telling you about.

Thanks Hud, it might save me some hassle. 25mph is painfully slow

Yea, they caught me riding through that same area earlier this year. He clocked me at twice the speed limit, but the guy cut me a break and let me go with a verbal warning....I couldn't believe it. He was a motorcycle cop...I think I posted about it on here too...but i'm too lazy to pull it back up.
