I use music a lot to modivate me on my workouts, so i was just wondering, does anyone else have any paticular songs that help them push harder and modivate them? I'd love to hear what they are so i can use them too.

Some of mine are....
Survivor - Eye of the Tiger
Bonjovi - Livin on a prayer
Christina Aguilera - Fighter

I love it when The Golds Gym Network plays Queensryche - "Silent Lucity" or Counting Crows - "Long December".

I haven't taken music w/ me in a while, but my favs were:
Sevendust, Rollins, Helmet, Chokehold, Ministry, Prodigy, Handsome, Downset, Pennywise, ect.
