Xbox 360 Problem - January 22, 2010, 02:56 AM

Well, good old Microsoft has done it to me again! In the past I have sent my 360 in 2 times for "red ring" problems, however, now it freezes when I turn it on. Can anyone fix this, or do you know someone that can fix this? I have cleared my cashe (as recommended online) and it still freezes...fml. If I cannot get someone to fix it soon, I may be searching for a new elite. I'd rather just get this done cheaply then deal with buying a new one off of CL.

Lol, he's mad about something else. Honestly has anyone else experienced this with their 360's? May have to hop on Craigs List and get an elite if I cannot sort this out

Nope, It doesnt sound like its over heating I can fix RROD but have not heard of it just freezing when you turn it on.....

Does it actually turn on like kick on or does the light just turn on?

How long is it on untill it freezes?

Does it come up on the screen?

Well now it is red ringed. Initially, it would turn on and just freeze randomly...about 5min into play. I looked up how to fix the xbox 360 with some thermal glue, but i don't know how it will turn out. I believe that red ringing is the same as freezing, but I'm just getting the 3 red rings now.

Have you fixed this before Derby?
