xmas 2012: So what did ya get? - December 26, 2012, 10:17 AM

So did anyone get anything worth sharing?

I'll go first. Got lots of good gifts for things that I would use on a day to day.

Fav gift was this: Works very well. Took me all of about 5 minutes to make a double shot. Tasted great. Maybe 5 minutes to rinse off everything.

I got a V3 amp head and a few gun belts.

Amanda got a Glock 19 and is soon getting her CCW permit.

Her glock 19 on the left, my XDS on the right.

We have a two shelf safe in the closet. Now comes the expensive part for women: multiple holsters for every occasion. Men can pretty much get away with one or two. Women need many for different types of outfits. She'll probably have an "Ava" or crossbreed iwb, a belly band or compression shorts, a thigh holster for dresses and whatnot, etc. Her current OWB paddle holster works fine in winter because she always has a long coat.

Pumped...can't wait for it to stop snowing to try this bad boy out. Of course now I probably need a new computer to edit anything. Anybody tried out WeVideo? I was thinking that if I can sub-out all the processor intensive stuff to the cloud, I'll be ok.

really? I was thinking of a specific model.. Let me find the link.. It has the camera built in..

related/unrelated seems a lot in the news that folks flying the quad copters in DC are getting a visit from the police about drones not being allowed. wtf!
