Directly.

This has happened for at least a year. Occasionally clients will ask me to send contracts via email, and the ones with Verizon account never get the emails. This is not a good thing, as I makes me look more incompetent than I already am.

Happened again last night. Just called her to see if she got it: No joy.

I can receive from them, but even replying directly doesn't work.

I'm assuming you're not getting a delivery failure since you had to call to see if she got it. Have them check spam filters or set up a rule in their filtering appliance to allow emails from your address.

Could be domain blacklisting. .net used to not be able to send mail to hotmail accounts because MS had some stringent blacklisting rules.

Still think it's some kind of spam filtering issue. Yahoo is spammed like no ones business.

No, not accurate. I have the same problem as you when I do it through outlook sometimes not all the time. But I don't have the problem when I send directly from yahoo.com.

Hence my question... do you have paid or free yahoo?

Have them check their trash and spam folders for your email...

If not there, then THEIR domain is blocking the traffic... their fault... tell them Verizon is ghey.
