Known good injector

Known good ecm

Complete wires

Any help would be appreciated

Switch the injectors around and see if the problem stays or moves.

+1 Low Tech and most definitive.

Noid lights would tell you if the injector was getting the correct signal from the harness.

Well the injectors should share the same fuel rail right? If thats the case then theres either a control issue or trash in the injector....?
