Anyone has access to welder and can help? - June 9, 2014, 07:49 PM

Hi guys-

I have no welder and never done any welding, but was wondering if anyone has access to it and can help me weld a small piece of metal on the license plate? Will be really grateful for the help.

Please have a look on the attached picture, I am going to cut the highlighted area and maybe weld a new metal portion to it and then license plate will be functional again.

Will be happy to return the favor in the form of a beer or hear if anyone has any better suggestion/ideas to do it.

Thanks in advance for helping out.

Or these guys. They are in Manassjas. They bent an exhaust tube for me and welded on a bracket. Small job but they seemed happy to do it and it was perfect.
