bike break down... need help! - March 17, 2008, 08:40 PM

hey all-
i am new to this site and have heard great things about it and all of its members. i bought my first bike last summer (250cc honda rebel). it sat for a good portion of the winter.
i was riding it last week and it broke down on me about a mile from my house in NE DC.
can anyone give me some advice as to how to fix it, mechanic recommendations, or someone who can hep me move it? any suggestions would be great!
Thanks,
bridget

Hey Bridge,

Downtown DC is tough for me to help out, as I am more than an hour away... have you checked in with Vondari (search on his name on this board)? He may do a house call for you, although you're a long way from Woodbridge where he normally operates.
